Yangzom Trading operates a fully computerized warehouse facility of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. located in Babesa, Thimphu which serves as a central hub for the storage and distribution of imported food products across the country. The strategic location in Thimphu enables efficient and timely movement of goods to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors throughout Bhutan. The warehouse follows proper stock management practices, including the First In First Out (FIFO) system, ensuring that customers receive fresh and high-quality products at all times.

The company is supported by a dedicated team of more than 30 employees who manage various aspects of operations including logistics, warehouse management, sales, marketing, and distribution. With a committed workforce and organized infrastructure, Yangzom Trading ensures smooth supply chain management and reliable delivery of products to its partners and customers across Bhutan.
